Terms of service

These terms apply to any booking made with La Résidence des Coquetiers, whether directly through this site or through a partner platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel).

Prices and payment

Displayed prices are in euros, per night and per unit, taxes included unless otherwise stated. Local tourist tax, where applicable, is shown separately at booking. Payment is made by credit card or PayPal, as offered at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms are those shown at the time of booking, which may vary by platform. No refund is due in case of no-show without prior cancellation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, check-out must take place before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Residence rules

Guests agree to respect the premises, other residents and neighbours, not to exceed the number of guests stated at booking, and to return the unit in good condition. Any damage found may be charged.

Complaints

Any complaint may be sent to contact@residencedescoquetiers.fr. If not resolved amicably, guests may refer the matter to the consumer mediator listed on the Mediation page of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
